What Is Smoky Mountain's Return Policy?

Smoky Mountain accepts returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and used merchandise returns will not be accepted for any reason. All returns MUST have a valid RMA number.

We do our best to provide an accurate representation of our products through detailed descriptions and photos. Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee. If you're returning for store credit no restocking fee will be applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Broken / Damaged Items?

Our careful shipping process make this very unlikely but in the event that your product is damaged or broken please email support@smokymountain.ca within 3 days of receiving your package. We'll request 2-3 photos of the damaged item and will replace it for you at no additional cost. We may request the package be sent back to us so do not throw it away.
